My 2nd time in this dept, everyone so caring, polite, professional and puts me at ease. From reception to the recovery bed you all took your time to explain what was going on and make sure I'm OK.
You do an amazing job, non-stop working but kept me the patient as your only concern whilst here.
This dept is run so efficiently - it just works. Oh and best cup of tea. Thank you all.
